Day one continues...
Bit of an update...I am hungry...like stupid hungry. I always forget that my appetite tends to surge when I work out. Its generally ok, because with the surge of appetite comes a desire to eat properly so as not to waste the effort I made. This did make me realize though that I don't have any healthy snacks (or any snacks for that matter). Fortunately, I work in a grocery store lol. I'll browse the store for healthy snacks so that I can have something to get me though the days. I know from experience that if I restrict myself too much, I'll probably end up caving. Just have to find ways to stay strong.
