Day Two Begins
Okay so...I think I was right yesterday about the lack of food being an energy issue. I slept for soooo long last night...and still feel pretty drained since I got up. I'm going to go and pick up some healthy snacks soon. I think that is what I'll do for my workout. Normally I hop on the skytrain to go to this grocery station, but instead, today I'll throw on my running shoes and walk hard to the grocery store. It's nice outside, so I want to take advantage of that whenever I can. I should get half an hour of good cardio out of it...then also the walk home...which will likely be a little less pushed since I'll have grocery bags. Here's the route I'll be taking... wish me luck!
